This package is good for the business owner who has entered all the expenses, checks, sales, and bills and only wants someone to reconcile the bank and credit card accounts monthly and review the General Ledger to make sure transactions are classified correctly.

All transactions have to be completed prior to the reconciliation. I will not enter any transactions that are on the bank statement and not in your file. All financial reports are accrual basis and are for management use only and not reviewed or audited

This package is good for the creator who is worried about the new reporting requirements from credit card processors. All you will need to do is send me all the documents and you will have monthly reports to show your income and expenses so there are no surprises at tax time.

This package is good for the person who doesn't want to think about their books. As you provide me with the documents, your file will be updated. I will enter the bills, prepare checks for your printing, post deposits, enter transactions, classify transactions, reconcile any accounts payable, reconcile your bank accounts, and provide printed and bound financial statements.

This package is for the person who is a little behind in their record keeping and needs someone to go in and "clean" it up or set it up. This option is good if you haven't filed your taxes for last year, your tax preparer needs your records, or you need financial statements.
